“Kun Kaikki Unohtui” bmx photo exhibition held, packed and ready to travel!

My Bmx photo exhibition “Kun Kaikki Unohtui” / “When everything was forgotten” was held at mbar (Helsinki, Finland) 29.7 – 20.8.2010.
It was part of URB10 urban art festival organised by Kiasma contemporary art museum. There were total 16 photos on the walls and huge photo slideshow projected to the outside wall of Bio Rex. Prints were done at Luova with Ilford Gallerie Smooth Pearl photo paper and 2mm dibond boards.
This exhibition is ready to travel around now! If you know or have some cool place (gallerie, bar, shop…etc. ) to set it up , please feel free to contact me and throw ideas. All of the prints are also for sale, ask prices etc. via email.

Simpel sessions were really tight, but I was under heavy flu and this is what I captured trough my feverish eyes & steamy lenses. Some of these are also now featured on pages of the latest Cream issue. BiGuPs to all who rode there, it was amazing to watch!

We had session with this great thai flatlander “Toon” at Cologne BMX-worlds this summer in the dark and wet during the sunday evening prize giving ceremony. I want to thank Toon for the moves and you guys at Ride for the compliments!

Pedro Melo found this rail while watching some history document in the TV. He wrote the adress up and this was his second visit making love with this incredible rollercoaster secret rail in Portugal 2008!

Martti Kuoppa organised this summer once again the flatstyles jam in Helsinki on 12.7.2008. Raphael Chiquet and Matthias Dandois from Paris (Cream) came to ride and party aswell, they wrote a little story of their trip. I bet they have some more juicy party etc. photos but they were maybe afraid to publish…hehe good times! Thanks all you riders who made it happen! Martti Kuoppa, Viki Gomez and Michael Black Electro (Janne Hyttinen) have been doing shows called Bike n´ Mic all over the world. It is about exlusive bmx freestyle flatland riding and blazing hiphop rhymes getting connected! These guys are loaded with ultimate experience, skills and street credibility among the underground scenes of bmx n music!!! I had a little photo session with Martti and Janne this summer.

I did bmx/photo trip to Portugal last may. It was again one of the best trips although I bent my leg badly riding in Leiria. Thanks Melo family and all the whole bmx scene over there, Portugal is Brutal!
